Aktivitus iform is a combination of a personal and clearly designed diet plan and scientifically optimized strength and metabolism training. A stronger and more willing to exercise body with lower body fat is the result. We believe in long-term planning and therefore a normalization plan is included. Aktivitus iform will give you a better athletic base physique, better training response and if you wish also weight loss/lower fat percentage. This is done by combining cardio training with strength training and a clear individually adapted periodized diet plan.

I myself was and am extremely skeptical of the offerings that are now on the market, both from a performance perspective and a health perspective. These programs are actually based on bodybuilding approaches from the 80s, so it's not that they are not proven or don't 'work'. But for the average person, they are tough to say the least. They have taken a concept that is for people who are building muscle, with the ultimate goal of being able to stand on stage with minimal body fat. Then there is an abrupt end and back to old habits again. You don't make any lasting lifestyle changes and this basically always leads to a return to the starting position.
With Aktivitus Iform you will be able to maintain the good shape you have built up and you will also be able to train during the journey you make. In our program, we have a normalization phase in the last weeks that means that you come out the other end with habits that you can and want to keep. Aktiitus Iform is long-term but created to give amazing results in a short time. After completing the program, there is also the opportunity to continue Aktiitus Iform with a maintenance program where you check in with your trainer once a month. All to guarantee long-term sustainability and lasting results.

Information
Aktivitus iform begins with Aktivitus health tests where we measure the most important health parameters - body composition, blood pressure, blood fats, HB, blood sugar and a self-assessment of lifestyle.
You start the service by booking a start-up 'aktivitus iform'. See the booking tab here on aktivitus.
In connection with the health tests, an initial conversation with your coach is also conducted to clarify your specific needs, goals, purpose and opportunities.
You will then receive your intensive plan with cardio training (adapted to you, which means walking for some and performance-oriented cardio training for others), strength training and a clear and individually tailored diet plan.
You and your coach schedule feedback and meetings for the entire service period. You will have coordination and follow-up with your coach approximately every other week during a 16-week period.
The service includes a total of four weeks of increased metabolism and eight weeks of weight loss/conditioning. The last four weeks, if your intended goal has been achieved, a normalization period is carried out to develop a continued sustainable plan of exercise and nutrition so that you can maintain your shape and lifestyle in the long term and persistently.
If your goals are not achieved during the first 12 weeks, the service period can be extended until the desired results are achieved, and then undergo a normalization period.

V1 – coach meeting and start-up with measurements of blood lipids, blood pressure, body composition, weighing in and review of diet and exercise plan.
V.2 – feedback and follow-up with coach
V.6 – coach meeting and body composition measurement. Review of diet and training for the new period.
V.8 – feedback and follow-up with coach
V.12 – Coach meeting and follow-up measurements. Development of normalization plan.
V.14 – feedback and follow-up with coach. Adjustment normalization.
V.16 – coach meeting with final measurements of blood lipids, blood pressure, body composition, weighing, and evaluation and planning of possible continuation.
After completing the period of activity in the form of a form, you will have a sustainable plan that you should be able to maintain.
Should further support be needed, you can book a continuation activity where you and your coach carry out monthly follow-up and adjustments to your diet and training.

If health is the focus and living a long life, then active life is the way to go.
Aktivitus life is designed for those of you who think health is the most important thing you have and who want to live a long life and maintain your health. There you will receive answers to tests and measurements directly at the visit, which also includes a motivating coaching conversation. Think of it as a traditional car inspection, it should and should be done so that your journey is safe, enjoyable and not limited by your physical capacity.
Aktivitus regularly offers group start-ups for Aktivitus iform. These are suitable for those who are driven by sharing the journey with others.
In an iform group, you get all the good things about iform, such as the nutritional programs, strength training and personal coaching, as well as the power of being able to share the journey with a group. With a joint fb group and joint webinars, you get the opportunity to exchange experiences and share the experience with others.
The individual measurements remain as well as your personal contact with a selected coach.
