Aktivitus Life is designed for those who believe that health is the most important thing you have and who want to live a long and healthy life. There you will receive answers to tests and measurements directly at the visit, which also includes a motivating coaching conversation.
See it as a traditional bilbesiktning, it should and should be done so that your trip is safe, enjoyable and not limited by your physical capacity.
INFORMATION AND CONTENT
HEALTH TESTS
The health test includes
- A non-strenuous fitness test on a bicycle (Submax Ekblom-Bak)
- Body composition measurement via BODYMETRIX Ultrasound
- Weight
- Waist measurements
- Blood pressure
- Cholesterol (HDL/LDL)
- Triglycerides, Hb and blood sugar.
PRICE LIST
390:-/month via direct debit with the possibility of termination every 6 months.

Note that this service is not for everyone, but for those of you without a history of eating disorders and who want to build muscle and at the same time reduce your fat percentage in a sustainable way, it is highly recommended.
