Direct debit consent for Aktivitus Membership customers
Here, as a customer, you can give your consent to pay your Membership via direct debit. We will deduct your agreed monthly cost from your account on the 28th of each month and this will continue until you cancel your cooperation with your coach. We only accept private individuals as direct debit customers, if you have a company, we can refer to an invoice as a payment method. If you have a health insurance contribution or gift card that you want to use as part of your membership, it is possible to combine if you inform us of this before your visit. Problems entering account number?
If the account number does not go through, it can sometimes be because the clearing number has extra digits that should not be included. For example, some banks have a clearing number of xxxx-x, it often works well if you only enter the first four digits of the clearing number. Otherwise, only numbers can be entered, no hyphens.
Health care allowance or gift card?
If you have a wellness allowance or gift card that you want to use as part of your membership, it is possible to combine them if you inform us about this before your visit.
