Our bestseller. Threshold test on a bike with measurement of pulse and power. We measure lactate (lactic acid) via capillary blood samples to determine your endurance and your training zones. Values ​​for aerobic and anaerobic threshold are given. Here you get answers to what your personal training zones should look like. Analysis of results is included.

If you have acquired a heart rate monitor and do not know exactly how to use it in your training, this test is your natural choice. You choose whether you want to run to the max or not. Regardless of your choice, we can determine your heart rate zones and get a good picture of your endurance. We also give you verbal advice on how you should train to improve your fitness in this package and what may be reasonable goals for you for different exercise races. You will therefore be able to put your test results into practice. Not just numbers on a piece of paper but also an understanding of them and suggestions for improvement.
