We have clinics in several of the largest cities in Sweden, but our equipment is mobile, so we offer our wellness care and health tests throughout the country. The very fact that our health tests are performed at the customer's location generates a profit for the company as it does not require moving employees during working hours, which, for most employers, otherwise costs more than the health tests themselves.

Example: Wellness program for a larger organization
For companies with many employees, a clear strategy is required to create engagement and long-term health improvements. Below is an example of what a set-up might look like for an organization with around 500 employees.
The program begins with a kickoff where we present the program through an informational film and an inspiring lecture. The aim is to de-dramatize the health initiative and create a positive attitude towards change.
An initial assessment is then carried out, where all employees undergo a health test with self-assessment and a simple fitness test at the workplace. To strengthen internal commitment, wellness ambassadors are also trained, who play an important role in spreading motivation and supporting their colleagues. At the same time, macro data is compiled to identify the current situation and challenges.
Based on the results, activities are created that suit the entire workforce – from low-intensity options like walking and functional training to more challenging interventions like professionally led running training. The goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone can participate based on their abilities.
An important part of the phase is to identify and motivate employees who are not yet participating. Through a clear routine and individually adapted communication, more can be involved. A reward system is implemented to reinforce positive behaviors and encourage long-term changes.
After a period, a new health measurement is carried out to follow up on the effects of the interventions. Macro data is analyzed to see what improvements have been made and which areas can be developed further. This data is then used as a basis for planning future wellness interventions and ensuring a sustainable strategy for the company's long-term health and productivity.

Since 2018, Hogia has been collaborating with Aktivitus, the leader in fitness testing in Sweden. They can offer their employees regular health tests, coaching and activities. Many have already participated thanks to motivated managers who know the importance of preventing ill health.
