About Functional Analysis & Running Technique Analysis
Combining function and running technique analysis where we get to the bottom of why you run the way you do. Measuring strength and mobility and then applying it to your running technique provides the most comprehensive analysis of your running!
Running technique analysis: You receive direct feedback on your running stride, where we may correct your movement pattern. We visually check your stride frequency, body position, foot placement and center of gravity at different speeds. If necessary, we work together to develop a more energy-efficient technique. Functional analysis: The purpose of our functional analysis is to identify your areas for improvement in mobility and strength linked to the demands of running. Using the TE3 Mobility Analysis, we measure your mobility and get figures on mobility and asymmetries throughout the body. Through selected functional tests, we assess your strength and stability. Based on any stiffness, weakness/instability and asymmetries, you will receive an individual strength and mobility program that you can supplement your running training with. The analysis is perfect for those who want to increase the body's endurance for running and create the physical conditions for good running technique.
Functional analysis (strength, stability, flexibility and mobility analysis) of your body. We use, among other things, the Mobility Stick to find limitations and areas for development in your mobility. The analysis results in a training program that you can do at home or at the gym with the intention of strengthening your body so that it can handle running but also so that you can maintain good posture during your run. This program includes mobility and strength.
