About our dietary advice

Concrete change that really makes a difference!

With Aktivitus dietary advice, you receive clear recommendations for long-term and short-term concrete changes that really make a difference. We believe that changes in diet should be normality and not a diet!

Dietary advice can be targeted towards your motivations and needs – for example, ensuring nutritional and energy intake for training and performance, improved general health or 'getting in shape' with weight loss.

We do not advocate diets, extreme dietary changes or strict eating schedules. The goal is for you to achieve a long-term and healthy change in your diet with the help of our dietary recommendations with concrete suggestions for changes.

Dietary advice can be advantageously combined and integrated as part of Aktivitus' coaching service. Membership. We can then take into account, for example, energy-negative periods in training, or avoid energy-negative periods during high-intensity training periods. The strength of Aktivitus dietary advice is that it is based both on your individual needs but also on the sport you practice and the training load you are under.

1Booking
Start your nutritional counseling at Aktivitus by booking Aktivitus Nutrition Counseling. Find your nearest clinic here!
2Questions
We will contact you and after the first contact you will receive a comprehensive form sent to you which you fill out before your first conversation with our nutritionist, which we will also book in. The form contains questions about you and your background.
3Diet registration
You will receive a login to a diet registration program where you register everything you eat and drink for at least 4 days, including a holiday, but preferably a whole week. You will also register any exercise you do.
4Analysis and recommendation
Our nutritionist will then analyze your registration. You will then receive the analysis with recommendations and concrete changes sent to you. You and the nutritionist will review the conclusions, recommendations and changes in a personal conversation.
5Implementation
You implement changes in your diet. You have access to the diet program for support and self-monitoring.
