Running technique analysis
About Running Technique Analysis
A good running technique gives good running economy, i.e. the ability to use up little energy at a certain speed. This is very crucial for how fast you can run and how long you can run. You can therefore improve your times at different distances without improving your physique if your running technique is improved. Good running technique also significantly reduces the risk of injury during training.
You will receive direct feedback on your running stride, where we may correct your movement pattern. We visually check your stride frequency, body position, foot placement and center of gravity at different speeds. If necessary, we will work together to develop a more energy-efficient technique.
Video documentation is done before and after adjustment. You will receive documentation via download link which includes a "before/after film" where you can see yourself before and after correction in the same frame. The film also includes personal comments from your coach on your technique so that you can receive your instructions and learn from them again and again.
Time required 60 minutes + follow-up work that your coach does individually.
