The important connection between body and mind

Research shows that our mental well-being affects our physical health, and vice versa. When we exercise regularly, endorphins and other feel-good chemicals are released in the brain, which improves our mood and reduces stress. Regular exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve both physical and mental health. Even moderate physical activity like a 30-minute walk daily can:

Analyse

Body, function and technique analyses

Aktivitus conducts expert analyses to map your physical status and potential, from basic strength and movement tests to advanced physiological measurements. We help you optimize your training with scientifically proven methods.

Analysis of your mobility, strength and stability + personalized strength and mobility program.

 

This test measures your body composition via ultrasound. You'll find out your body fat percentage, BMI, BMR (basal metabolic rate), and where on your body your fat is located. Belly fat is worse than having fat stored on your butt or thighs from a health perspective.

This blood test primarily rules out iron deficiency, which in turn can negatively affect oxygen uptake. 

HB Analysis + Glucose Test + Blood Fat Test. A complete and good package to get a good and clear picture. 

Good running technique gives you good running economy, i.e. the ability to expend little energy at a given speed. This is very crucial for how fast you can run and how long you can run.

Combining function and running technique analysis where we get to the bottom of why you run the way you do. Measuring strength and mobility and then applying it to your running technique provides the most comprehensive analysis of your running!
