This test measures your body composition via ultrasound. You'll find out your body fat percentage, BMI, BMR (basal metabolic rate), and where on your body your fat is located. Belly fat is worse than having fat stored on your butt or thighs from a health perspective.

This blood test primarily rules out iron deficiency, which in turn can negatively affect oxygen uptake.

    A test at Aktivitus begins with an initial consultation about your training background, followed by careful preparation and equipment. Then a gradually increasing stress test is carried out. After the test, an extensive data analysis is performed and you receive a personal review of the results.

    For best test results, you should be well rested, eat a light meal 2-3 hours before the test, avoid intense exercise the day before, wear comfortable workout clothes, and be mentally prepared.

    Lactate testing measures your lactate levels under gradually increasing load to accurately identify your individual training zones. The test involves a finger prick for blood sampling and provides you with personalized training recommendations based on your lactate threshold.
