Stride-type fitness test on the SkiErg pole ergometer with measurement of pulse, frequency, lactate, watts and RPE. We measure lactate to determine your sport-specific endurance. Pulse values for Aerobic and Anaerobic threshold are given as well as anaerobic threshold power in watts and in tempo (watts/kg & min/500m). Here you will get answers to what your personal training zones look like and what capacity you have. If you pole a lot on snow or roller ski with mainly pole, the values are relevant for outdoor training. Analysis of results is included.

Fitness test of the step-up type on Roller Skis on a treadmill with measurement of heart rate, lactate, speed, incline and RPE. We measure lactate to determine your sport-specific endurance. Heart rate values at Aerobic and Anaerobic threshold are given as well as anaerobic and aerobic threshold in speed and incline. Here you will get answers to what your personal training zones look like and what capacity you have.
We don't need to run this test to the max to get relevant measurement data, but if you want, you can run it as long as you can. We also give you verbal advice on how you should train to improve your fitness in this test and what might be reasonable goals for you for different exercise races. This means you will be able to put your test results into practice. Not just numbers on a piece of paper but also an understanding of them and suggestions for improvement.
