The summer double

The summer double, two visits with a super discount!

Two test sessions are included, the first in May, June or July and the second in August or September. Payment for the Summer Double is made at your first visit. Your second test will also be booked at that time.

Threshold test
This is a lactate test which physiologically measures your endurance, training zones and power development/speed. The test can be performed on a bike, treadmill or SkiErg.

VO2max test
This test simply measures your motor power in summary. It is a direct physiological measurement of oxygen uptake capacity under maximum load. 

Price: 3490:- (ord price 5280:-.) For an additional 1500:- (750:- per occasion) the Threshold Triathlon test can be run on both occasions. That is, both the bike and running test. Skiing can also be run as an extra test.

Where is your weak link?

In the combination Threshold test + VO2max you get the answer to where your weak link is. Is it the engine that needs to be tuned or are you not able to utilize it fully? In short, are you performing as you should when comparing oxygen uptake and threshold levels or not. Depending on the answer, different training advice applies.

A threshold test measures lactate (lactic acid) via capillary blood samples to determine your endurance and your training zones. Values ​​for Aerobic and Anaerobic threshold are given. Here you get answers to what your personal training zones should look like. Analysis of results is included.

Three days after the Gothenburg shipyard and I still have a hard time understanding that I crossed the finish line in 1:41:20 on Saturday. I have had a goal of going under 1:45 since the first race in 2002 but have been around 1:50 on average during all 18 races that have taken place.

I am convinced that my 16 weeks with "iForm" and training have been incredibly beneficial. I got great test results in March and Patrik "promised" that 1:45 was possible. Now I am continuing to train and believe in a new PB at the Stockholm Marathon in two weeks.

Mikael Palmgren was just at the final measurement after the Aktivitus IFORM program and Advanced Triathlon test. He has really done the job and got incredibly great results. Status report after 12 weeks with Aktivitus' service IFORM. Note that this service is not for everyone, but for those of you without a history of eating disorders and who want to build muscle and at the same time reduce your fat percentage in a sustainable way, it is highly recommended. It's been 16 weeks since I started the Aktivitus iForm program. DONE!!! "The end of the beginning", you could say. I believe that the goals have been met as I set them. Let's talk about that and any new goals.
