In the combination Threshold test + VO2max you get the answer to where your weak link is. Is it the engine that needs to be tuned or are you not able to utilize it fully? In short, are you performing as you should when comparing oxygen uptake and threshold levels or not. Depending on the answer, different training advice applies.
The values you get from the VO2max test are maximum values of: V02 (mlO2/kg/min), V02 (ml/min), VE (l/min), Rf (b/min), pulse (bpm), and maximum energy expenditure (kcal/h).
